    In today’s post I wanted to talk about masculine and feminine energies.

    I think this is such a crucial topic that really brings everything else we learn together, because whatever practice we do comes back to balancing these masculine and feminine sides to ourselves.

    If you’ve spent any time in the spiritual community you’ve heard reference to masculine and feminine energies.

    Usually this is in relation to the masculine and feminine energies we all have within us regardless of gender, but at times it appears to be a substitute for ‘man’ and ‘woman’.

    In my own work balancing masculine and feminine energies I’ve seen that it’s both metaphorical and literal.

    We have to get in tune with these energies in their wider forms and other times we have to look at traditional gender roles and how we relate to those.

    In a metaphorical sense we are looking at the polarities of energy: intuition and logic, flow and form, light and shadow.

    Do you often feel tapped into a deeper level of reality? Do you pick up on things that most people don’t notice? Do you ever see, hear or feel things that other people do not? If you answered yes to all of those questions, it’s likely that you are sensitive to energy.

    Energy is simply non-physical information that we can all pick up on if we pay attention. It is what permeates our entire existence and what we are made up on at a base level. Everything is energy.

    This includes the energy that radiates from other people and living beings, the energy of the celestial bodies, and the Akashic records which is an energetic library of every thought, feeling, idea and memory.

    Why Some People See Energy in the Air (Explained Simply)

    I have always understood the world as energetic, so I’ve always “seen” energy but it was more in the sense of feeling it. The first time I remember seeing energy in the air (literally) was in 2018.

    I had recommitted to my spiritual practice after working through a lot of heavy grief. Each day I would go to my spot and meditate. Much like the photo 😂 I would sometimes open my eyes and see a glow around everything.

    I would see static dancing in the air, especially around sharp edges like the boundary between the wall and ceiling. A translucent outline around your hands, and then colors would develop.

    Sometimes visions I had in meditation would start overlapping into physical reality.

    Energy is all around us, everything is energy. Todo es energía.
