    Opening The Third Eye Chakra

    Opening The Third Eye Chakra

The third eye is the sixth main chakra, represented by the color indigo and located between the eyebrows. This chakra is connected to our sense of intuition and clarivoyance (clear seeing).

This is one of the most widely discussed chakras because of how prominent it is in the media, and how much of a reference point it is in Hinduism and Buddhism amongst others . The chakras being different energy points within the body, all with different purposes.

I have talked about the third eye many times on this blog, but haven’t dedicated a whole post to it because I think third eye opening requires a lot of care and consideration.

When we open the third eye we see without illusion, which can either be uplifting or terrifying. What makes the difference is the right preparation, focusing on the third eye in the right way and taking time to understand it better.

Bonus: Get my free guide that covers what the third eye is and how to safely open it.

The third eye chakra is perhaps one of the most talked about spiritual topics on the Internet today. There are endless blogs and videos discussing the third eye and how to open it in record time, or how dangerous the third eye is and how it opens you up to all sorts of demonic influences.

The third eye or sixth chakra is associated with expanded awareness and inner vision. This chakra is located between the eyebrows and is often perceived as indigo in color. When our third eye ‘opens’ our perception of the world around us shifts accordingly.

Healing the throat chakra is all about learning to express yourself in a healthy and balanced way. When a chakra is blocked this isn’t just an energetic issue but one that permeates our day to day lives.

For many of us our expression was mocked or even punished throughout childhood, therefore our throat chakra becomes blocked. The ways in which we were taught to communicate may no longer be beneficial to us.

In this post I’m going to go over some of the signs your throat chakra is blocked and how to begin opening and healing it.
