One of the most powerful shifts I made was to stop seeing myself as someone who needed to take on other peoples’ energies. In order to keep people in my life or be of service.
When I didn’t understand my sensitivity well and identified as an “empath” I was constantly drained. I was always second-guessing my intuition and things simply did not flow. Relationships were stagnant, I was not having fun day to day, money did not flow in.
Over the years I do not believe I have gotten less sensitive – I didn’t want to – but I did get much more grounded. I trust my spirit, work feels aligned, stretches me energetically, and support comes in many forms.
Let’s work together
There is a grounded sensitivity within you that grows and develops once you move out of survival mode, once you no longer have to defend yourself. Something I like to call the ‘inner flame’.
Being a highly sensitive person often means doing a lot of work for people who don’t appreciate it, directly or through the inner work you’re doing on yourself.
It’s time to start:
- Doing that work for people who genuinely need it and deeply appreciate it!
- Feeling less drained.
- Deeply trusting yourself.
- Taking action based on your strongest intuitive gift.
That is what we will work on over these sessions!
I’m pulling from six years of working with sensitives intuitively, using tarot, and providing practical support for creatives. I understand why we get ‘stuck’ and the best ways to untangle the energetic knot, so many of us feel (in the pit of our stomach).
Our Calls
Calls will be up to 1:30hrs each with a recording available.
An introductory session to identify your strongest intuitive gifts (where your sensitivity is best placed). Plus a mini reading to see what is blocking you currently and what energy you are being called to embody.
Let’s outline an action plan for you based on this intuitive gift. Set clear intentions for the next season. Dive into any creative blockages.
1 follow up session for energetic and/or practical support, with a powerful guided cord cutting session (to old connections and versions of you).
Receive detailed guidance to questions you have at any point, whether technical or energetic, within 24hrs.
I am most excited to add cord cutting to these sessions as that is what I have found has made the biggest difference for me energetically (trusting my intuition), physically (releasing heaviness in the body) and creatively (letting go of old stuff to let inspiration flow in).
Once you sign up you will receive my calendar with dates/times available over the next month to begin. Then the same for subsequent sessions. All sessions must be completed within 3 months. I have the most availability on the weekends but can open out of calendar spots for coaching clients only.

Feedback for the previous iteration of this course
I’ve decided to enrol in the Survival to Creative course because I wanted to enhance my creative process, as well as explore ways to monetise what I ultimately feel called to do (which I imagine many reading this can relate to). It can be challenging to come to terms with pricing such products or services, and we certainly may face internal blockages around this concept. I appreciate how Ashley explains this nuanced journey in simple and clear terms, offering actionable tips within the framework he developed based on his personal experience. I also really appreciate the behind-the-scenes insights into @ledbysource—they give the teaching extra depth and make it much more relatable.
It has already given me the opportunity to confront some of my beliefs, learn new practices for working with my energy (as it relates to the creative process), and reassess my mindset and approach to the “business” side of things. I also appreciated the guidance on balancing planning and structure with leaving room for intuition to guide us, allowing for inspired adjustments and following what resonates. This is not something you often hear from other courses that cover marketing, planning, and finances!
The course strikes a perfect balance between group work and one-on-one sessions, allowing me to see where others are on their journeys, which is both inspiring and educational, while also giving me the space to focus on my own personal development. I’m very excited for the upcoming session!
